We source components and produce in limited batches.

Further,  the memory component prices and availability have been exceptionally volatile over the past quarters and the forecasts remain such for the whole 2026. This is precisely why we structure our sales model in limited batches with locked prices, so we can plan component procurement and honour the price we commit to you.

Is the purchase refundable?

Yes. Fully.

What is the normal price of the product, do I get discount by ordering now?

By ordering now you secure your total final price of 649€ (8/128GB) or 749€ (12/256GB).

Notably in particular memory component prices and availability have had exceptionally high volatility in past quarters. Thus, we sell in limited batches so we can plan memory configurations and manage working capital.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

Is this phone real or just a concept?

It is real.

We started shipping on July 8 2026.

Currently we sell October 2026 limited delivery batch. Please follow the progress in the forum.

Will the Jolla Phone work outside Europe, can I use it e.g. in the U.S.?

Yes, we have designed the cellular band configuration to enable global traveling as much as possible, including e.g. roaming in the U.S. carrier networks.

Can I buy the Jolla Phone if I’m outside Europe, can I use it e.g. in the U.S.?

The initial sales markets are EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway. Entering other markets, such as the U.S. and Canada are to be decided due course based on potential interest from the areas.  

We have designed the cellular band configuration to enable potential future markets, including major U.S. carrier networks.
